What is Swedish Massage.


Swedish massage is the most prevalent European massage technique. It relaxes mind and body by applying a system of long gliding strokes, kneading, and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of muscles. In order to stimulate blood circulation through the body's soft tissues, it generally works along the direction of blood flow towards the heart. It is particularly effective in treating back pain, whiplash, neck pain and headaches/migraines.
